1. Where is MindsEye Productions located?
We are physically located in Keswick Ridge, near Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Our clients are predominantly in southern New Brunswick because we do prefer to meet face-to-face at times, at least until we get to know each other's ways of working. Modern telecommunications being what they are, of course, distance is much less of an issue than it once was.
2. How long has your company been around?
MindsEye Productions was established in 1992.
3. Are you bilingual?
We wish that we were. Fortunately, we do know a few talented translators and French-language writers who are available (and great to work with) if your project requires bilingual services.
4. Do you subcontract any projects?
No, we won't ever just farm out your job to someone else. We presume that you've called MindsEye because we're the guys you want handling your project. That said, our good working relationships with a few other creative companies mean we can supplement our in-house capabilities when a project calls for special skills — translation services or computer animation, for example.
5. What about confidentiality?
During the course of a project, it is not uncommon for us to acquire privileged information that you'd rather not have generally known. We respect that. In fact, we've built something of our reputation on our discretion. If you'd feel more comfortable with a confidentiality agreement, however, that's also fine with us.
6. Is there any kind of work you won't accept?
We won't do anything hateful or harmful — no matter how well it might pay. Fortunately, no one's asked us. Yet.
